Let’s Get Personal
Hi, I’m Ari Solorio, a designer and art director originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco currently based in Dallas, TX. My love for visual communication began when I moved to the U.S. and used drawings to make friends who didn’t speak Spanish. I got my big break in seventh grade after I submitted a plagiarized T-shirt design for my orchestra class that everyone ended up wearing. Later, I earned my degree in Communication Design from the University of North Texas, where I studied art history, psychology, and anthropology. I focused on human-centered design, creating projects like an urban gardening system for food deserts and a budgeting app for students.
I’ve built campaigns and visual identities for QSRs, CPGs, and educational organizations, designed for health education & outreach, and worked in-house, freelance, and agency-side on everything from packaging to experiential marketing. My work is driven by curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for multicultural perspectives and sustainable practices. I believe design can be used as a tool that aids human evolution and the prosperity of our planet. I’m always looking to collaborate on work that can do more for all of us.
Please reach out if you think that is something we can do together.
